        太久没有更新，不是我已经把这片土地遗忘，而是最近事情太多，不知怎么写，也不知道些什么。 

        工作上的事情不想罗嗦，整天跑来跑去，看似很潇洒，呵呵，有苦自己知，算了，这些事不写了，太乱，太烦！

        生活上怎么说呢，呵呵，一直在发福，也不知道最近又没有瘦一点，可是看着一团团的小肉，还是心有余悸，哈哈，算了，不去可以管他了。我发现感情有时候不是自己能够凭意识来控制的，内心的悸动总会对思想造成很大的冲击，我感觉我的生活有压力，想要放下一切，却又想追求另一种完美，也许热就是要活在矛盾中？

        后天去北戴河培训一周，就当换换心情吧，总之，很重~~
